How it works: when you generate a report, proposal, or acceptance document, your browser downloads it automatically. Save files to a dedicated folder on your machine — e.g.
~/Documents/InHouse Survey/. The app indexes each file by reference number so you can look up any job quickly.
macOS: open Finder → right-click the folder → Set as default download folder in Safari, or update Chrome/Edge download path in browser settings.
